What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us immediately at help@bunaham.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our products reach customers globally but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restriction.
Which countries do you ship to?
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador

- North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
